The Seacoast Torpedoes

We are a four-piece classic rock and dance band rooted in Southern Maine. Built around a deep love for the music that defined a generation — Petty, the Allman Brothers, the Eagles — we play the songs people know by heart and deliver them with energy, precision, and a whole lot of fun. We are not a jukebox. We are a band. Every night is live, loud, and different — shaped by the room, the crowd, and the moment. Whether it's a packed bar, an outdoor festival, or a private event, we bring the same commitment to every stage we step on. Based on the Seacoast of Maine and New Hampshire, we are available for bookings throughout New England.

Meet the Band

Bill: Guitar and Vocals

Bill started playing guitar when he was 9 years old and started playing in bands when he was 14. He continued playing in bar bands in and around New Jersey until his early 20's. More recently, Bill is part of a team that helped write and record an album based on lyrics written by Elizabeth Bonker, a non-verbal autistic woman along with his band The Bleeding Hearts. Bill now lives and plays in Maine with several bands including the Seacoast Torpedos.

Terry: Guitar and Vocals

Terry started playing guitar in his early teens and has played in a dozen plus bands over 5 decades. Most notable was a band name Bad Habit from NB, Canada that played on the big stage opening for Nazareth, Honeymoon Suite (they did the sound track for the movie Lethal Weapon), Lydia Taylor and others at venues with as many as 10,000 people in attendance. Terry took a 10 year break to raise a family and run multiple businesses but is back playing and singing while enjoying retirement.

Barry: Drums and Vocals

Barry's musical career started over 4 decades ago. He has played and sang in many bands in the Northshore of MA and southern NH.

Richard: Bass (we don't let him sing)

Richard began playing upright bass (double bass) at the age of 11. Later toured throughout the New England college circuit. Richard moved to San Diego playing with some popular regional bands. After a hiatus living a life, he returned to play music with these fine musicians.
